Although he has fiercely clashed with former party colleagues from the SDA in recent months, the Vice President of the Federation of BiH, Mirsad Kebo, congratulated Bakir Izetbegović on his election victory, writes Slobodna Bosna, reported by the Patria News Agency.

Contrary to his public statements and numerous criticisms of Izetbegović, Kebo told the new-old Bosniak member of the Presidency of BiH that he could count on his support?!

“I am sure that in this mandate, in an atmosphere of good relations with your colleagues, you will overcome the challenges facing our country and lead it towards economic improvement, peace, stability, and the preservation of its sovereignty. I believe that, despite a number of obstacles, you will overcome them and open new hope and faith in a better future for our citizens,” Kebo stated in a letter to Izetbegović.

At the beginning of the election campaign, when he still believed he could win the race for the member of the BiH Presidency, Mirsad Kebo called on Bakir Izetbegović to reveal information known to him about political assassinations.

After suffering a defeat in the elections as an “independent” candidate, Kebo filed criminal charges against his former party colleagues with the BiH Prosecutor's Office for failing to report war crimes, while accusing Izetbegović of close contacts with Iranian spies.
