Izetbegović sent Džaferović to Mostar to convince SDA cadres to accept discriminatory solutions

After the SDA delegation from Sarajevo, led by Šefik Džaferović, the party's vice president, and Elvir Čamdžić, chief of cabinet of the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH and SDA leader Bakir Izetbegović, visited Mostar, things took on completely new dimensions. It seems that a new drama of the Bosniak corps in this city is emerging, writes the Patria news agency.

We tried to find out what the purpose of this Sarajevo duo's visit was. In Mostar, it is rumored that the SDA leadership was being persuaded to accept unfavorable and discriminatory solutions for the organization of Mostar.

With these solutions, the HDZ would definitively take over the city according to their well-known model: All rights for the Croatian component, and crumbs for others. So far, the cadres of this party have shown that their policy is fundamentally a desire for dominance over the other two peoples.

Opposition parties warned of the state of anarchy in the city, namely the city committees of SDP Mostar, DF Mostar, HDZ 1990 and SBiH:

-On this occasion, we want to draw the public's attention to the fact that the majority of opposition parties have made maximum contribution to finding a solution for Mostar and that we have been excluded from further negotiations due to the political arrogance of the ruling parties - states this statement.

The model of division and national preservation is being replicated in cities and conquering streets. National dissection and division down to cells and atoms has become the prevailing model of life in Mostar since the war. All this would not be possible if Bosniak politics were not slowly being drawn into cast nets and, under pressure, agreeing to unreasonable political solutions.

After Džaferović and Čamdžić returned to Sarajevo, the SDA cadres in Mostar mostly scattered along the coast. The president of the SDA City Committee, Salem Marić, answered our call and explained that he was at the meeting. He scheduled a time for an interview and then did not answer another dozen calls.

Many of those who regularly hover around the SDA are now hidden from the public and contacted us from the coast.

The only one willing to speak was Esad Pobrić, a member of the SDA Main Board in Mostar.

-Džaferović and Čamdžić were here. Our position was and remains that elections are needed, but also that no people should be outvoted or subjected to any kind of majorization, says Pobrić.

According to Pobrić, it was concluded that one should not go below the Resolution on Mostar adopted by the House of Peoples of the Federation Parliament for amending the Election Law for this city, and respecting the highest standards of human rights, civil liberties and the prohibition of discrimination.

The question remains suspicious. Why would Džaferović come to Mostar to confirm an already established position of the House of Peoples of the Parliament or accept already known positions on equality without outvoting. Or is Džaferović's visit to Mostar, nevertheless, equally significant as the silence and hiding of those responsible from the strongest party and their fleeing to the coast.
