In the evening hours in Zenica, in the Odmut settlement, a fire broke out in a high-rise building, and the fight with the fire lasted for more than an hour, and shortly after 9 PM the fire was localized, reports the Patria agency.
Residents were evacuated, and thick smoke billowed from an apartment on the 9th floor of the building. The cause of the fire is still unknown, and emergency medical services, firefighters, and police from Zenica-Doboj Canton were on the scene. There were no injuries.
A large number of residents, as well as citizens who followed the dramatic situation, gathered around the building.
