Officials of the Izačić Border Police Unit discovered nine citizens of Syria and five citizens of Iraq attempting to illegally cross the state border, the BiH Border Police announced, Patria reports.
They were discovered in two groups in the area of Bihać. They were taken to the official premises of the Izačić Border Police Unit, and stated to the officials that they come from Syria and Iraq.
The foreign nationals were handed over to the BiH Service for Foreigners' Affairs for further processing to determine their identities and prosecute them.
