Islamic Community in BiH and BBI Bank: 1,000 Ramadan packages to be distributed across BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A convoy with 1,000 Ramadan packages for citizens of 8 muftiships, organized by the Islamic Community in BiH and BBI Bank, departed from the Klas company premises this morning, and this is the sixth year the packages are being distributed.

The packages will be distributed in eight muftiships: Tuzla, Goražde, Banja Luka, Bihać, Travnik, Zenica, Mostar, and Sarajevo, mostly to returnees.

The total value of this year's shipment of Ramadan packages is close to 100,000 KM, and each package contains basic food and hygiene products.

Head of the Office for Social Welfare of the Islamic Community in BiH, Ibrahim Alanović, stated that due to the coronavirus situation, the distribution was organized in all muftiships.
