Illegally excavated gravel worth 225,000 BAM from the Una River

(Patria) - Officers of the Prijedor Police Department today submitted a report on a committed criminal offense to the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Prijedor against N.T. from Bosanska Dubica.

The aforementioned N.T. is suspected of having committed the criminal offenses of "Illegal occupation and exploitation of natural resources and goods of general interest" and "Unauthorized engagement in a specific occupation."

The suspect N.T. is accused of, in the period from June to November 2022, as a natural person, without the approval and consent of the competent authority, carrying out illegal exploitation of gravel from the watercourse of the Una River in the amount of 7,500 m³ with a total value of 225,000.00 BAM, thereby obtaining illegal property gain.
