Ivanić sends message to NATO: Activate MAP without registering military property

Today in Sarajevo, within the framework of the 94th Rose-Roth seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly's Special Group for the Mediterranean and the Middle East, a session titled "Euro-Atlantic Integrations in the Western Balkans" was held, writes Patria.

The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mladen Ivanić, spoke at this session about BiH's integration into NATO and the problem BiH encountered during the activation of the MAP.

He highlighted the adoption of the BiH Defence Review as a positive step. However, Ivanić emphasized, the problem lies in registering military property to the state, which Republika Srpska opposes.

He called on NATO member states to activate the MAP without fulfilling the only remaining condition, the registration of military property.
