Ivanić expresses concern to ambassadors of the USA, Great Britain, Germany, and Russia

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić spoke in separate meetings with the Ambassador of the United States of America to BiH Maureen Cormack, the Ambassador of Great Britain to BiH Edward Ferguson, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to BiH Christiana Hohmann, and the Ambassador of Russia to BiH Petr Ivancov.

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Ivanić informed the ambassadors about the current political situation in BiH and expressed concern regarding the latest developments on the political scene and the current internal situation.

He emphasized that the topics being raised and the rhetoric being used are reminiscent of the nineties of the last century, which has seriously worried the citizens of BiH. Bosnia and Herzegovina has not only moved away from the path to the future but has also returned to the past, Ivanić stressed.

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić highlighted the need for international representatives, in addition to domestic politicians, to actively engage with positive initiatives in order to collectively return the general political climate to normal. Only then, Dr. Ivanić indicated, will it be possible to bring back issues of vital importance to the citizens of BiH to the institutions.
