Italian company "Ferretto Group" moves production to Usora, employs 150 workers

The mayor of the municipality of Usora, Ilija Nikić, signed an agreement with representatives of the Italian company „Ferretto Group“, after which the entire production of this company will be moved from Vicenza to Usora, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

Nikić said he was proud that, despite the economic crisis that has engulfed the entire country, Usora can be a positive example of creating prospects and opening new jobs. He said that the arrival of the company „Ferretto Group“ in Usora will also mean about 150 new jobs in this place.

- I believe this is just the beginning of foreign investments coming to our Usora - said Nikić, and revealed that serious negotiations are underway for another foreign company to come to Usora - said Nikić.

Ferretto Group is a company of world renown and long tradition in the metal industry, which has decided to move its entire production facility to BiH.

Ricardo Ferretto, the owner of the company, expressed his satisfaction with the signed agreement, and thanked the municipal administration, led by the mayor, for their professionalism and cooperation.

The Municipality said that it was a serious strategy of attracting foreign investments, which involves minimum administrative obstacles and favorable prices for industrial land in Usora, that attracted the Italian investors who, as stipulated in the agreement, will build production capacities and open 120 – 150 new jobs within two years, writes NAP.
