Išerić: Lies should be killed by truth, Mr. Zvizdić, not given a space for promotion!

(Patria) - The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, reacting to the nonsense spoken about the siege of Sarajevo by Milorad Dodik, proposed to the Government of Sarajevo Canton to find an adequate location as soon as possible and start the design and construction of the "Museum of the Siege and Defense of Sarajevo".

Legal expert Enver Išerić also reacted to this, telling Patria that the Museum, as proposed by Zvizdić, could bear the symbolic name "1425", which is the number of days Sarajevo was under siege by criminals and killers of children and citizens.

"And it is imperative that a dark room be planned within the museum, which would be called the 'Room of Lies and Human and Civilizational Shame'

Dear Mr. Zvizdić, it is not debatable whether Sarajevo needs this museum that will testify to and present the truth about the killing of the city and its citizens. What is debatable is that you are proposing a special room, even if it is, as you say, dark, where lies about it would be stored. This gives additional significance to lies and would confuse museum visitors. Lies should be killed by truth, Mr. Zvizdić, not given a space for promotion.

Furthermore, instead of proposing the construction of a museum to the Government of Sarajevo Canton, it would be more effective to give Milorad Dodik an ultimatum to immediately stop with these and other lies, denial of genocide and other war crimes, as well as the undermining of state institutions such as the Constitutional Court, or you will terminate the coalition agreement with his party. Everything else, Mr. Zvizdić, is ineffective and inefficient for the protection of our country, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We need concrete actions, at least from those in power," said Išerić.
