(Patria) - Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said last night upon his arrival in Beirut that more anti-Israeli fronts could be opened in the future, Tass agency reported.
"In light of the continued aggression and war crimes (committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip), and the siege of Gaza, there is a possibility of opening other fronts," he told Al Mayadeen television channel.
Islamic countries "should not tolerate the crimes committed by Israel," accusing that country of "depriving the civilian population of water and electricity supplies" and "continuing to bomb residential areas of Gaza".
He added that Iran "will continue to provide political and informational support to the Palestinian resistance".
He emphasized that Iran and Saudi Arabia have a coordination mechanism "within their common strategy of supporting Palestine".
