(Patria) - Mohammad Eslami, head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, said the country is assessing the damage to its nuclear program and plans to repair it after American attacks.
"We have taken the necessary measures and are currently assessing the damaged areas," Eslami said in a statement reported by Iran's Mehr news.
"Preparations for recovery were already foreseen, and our plan is to prevent any interruption in production or services."
Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi announced that he sent a letter to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi proposing a meeting, calling on Iran to cooperate after the announcement of a ceasefire between Iran and Israel.
Grossi stated on platform X that restoring Tehran's cooperation with the IAEA could pave the way for a diplomatic solution to the long-standing dispute over Iran's nuclear program.
