(Patria) - The information from the American newspaper The New York Times that Tehran, after the Israeli and American attack on Iran, was allegedly ready to discuss a ceasefire and conveyed a signal to the American side through intermediaries, is not true, reported the Tasnim agency citing sources, TASS reported.
"The article in The New York Times ... is a complete lie and psychological warfare," the Iranian agency quotes the words of an unnamed Iranian official.
He also added that Iran will "continue without hesitation" to respond to attacks by Israeli and American armed forces.
