Iran: If attacks continue, similar strikes will follow in the region

(Patria) - Spokesperson for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) warned that Iran will respond with similar attacks in the Middle East if airstrikes on its energy facilities continue.

The criminal United States and the faltering Zionist regime have achieved nothing but the killing of innocent children, unarmed men and women, and civilians since the beginning of the aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the statement said.

It was added that, in addition to killing civilians, the attackers went a step further and in new, brutal attacks targeted parts of the energy infrastructure and service centers.

It was also emphasized that Iran has so far refrained from similar attacks and called on the governments of Islamic countries to urgently warn the United States and Israel to prevent further escalation of the conflict in the region.
