Incident over the Baltic: Russian and US warplanes narrowly avoid collision!

A Russian military plane and a US spy plane nearly collided over the Baltic Sea! As reported by RT, citing US media, a Russian Su-27 military aircraft flew past a US Air Force RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft over the Baltic Sea, which the Pentagon views as a provocation by the Russian side, reports Patria.

According to the Pentagon's version, the American plane was flying its usual route, and the Russian fighter jet flew so close that a collision was narrowly avoided. This all happened on April 7.

The Russian Su-27 reportedly flew only six meters from the American reconnaissance aircraft. The US is treating the case as an incident and has contacted the Russian side through diplomatic channels.

According to Russian media, the RC-135 was on a mission to monitor Russian military positions in the western part of the country.
