New Members of EPBiH Supervisory Board Appointed

The FBiH Government, at its 11th urgent, telephonically held session, made a Decision to approve the dismissal, due to the expiry of their mandate, of Enver Agić, Selvedin Subašić, Jakub Dinarević, Nedžad Bukvar, Bahrudin Šarić, and Davorin Korać from their positions as members of the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo.

Enver Agić, Milenko Obad, Selvedin Subašić, Izudin Džafić, Elvir Nezirević, and Jakub Dinarević have been appointed as acting members of the Supervisory Board of this public company. The decisions take effect on the day they are made and will be published in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”.

The Federal Government, as the authorized shareholder in the business company JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar, in which it exercises authority based on the majority state capital participation in accordance with the Decree on Exercising Authority in Business Companies with State Capital Participation within the Competence of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, made a Decision to convene the XXV Shareholders' Assembly of the business company JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar, which will be held on 31.8.2015 in the company's business premises.
