Igman Konjic suspends production for 14 days, infected woman from Goražde attended celebration

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The coronavirus test result was positive for a patient from Goražde who was in contact with infected persons during the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Igman Konjic company.

During the day, four cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Konjic, including the director of Igman Konjic, Đahid Muratbegović. One of the infected is also singer Berin Buturović, who performed at the company's celebration. 

The Federal Government today decided that the Igman Konjic company will be closed for 14 days and production suspended starting tomorrow in order to disinfect the company. 

Epidemiologists state that Konjic and Mostar are new hotspots for the coronavirus, and nine cases of infection were confirmed today alone. Residents are advised to stay in their homes and avoid social contact to prevent possible infection.
