SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada (IGK) has submitted a report to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against convicted war criminal Dario Kordić for inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance, as well as for defrauding an international court, denying final judgments of international courts, and humiliating victims, according to an IGK press release.

"War criminal Dario Kordić has publicly stated that he would repeat the monstrous war crimes against murdered Bosniak children and civilians in Ahmići, for which he was finally convicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia to 25 years in prison. IGK calls on the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to, based on the Law on Criminal Procedure of BiH and based on the reactions received by IGK from numerous, extremely concerned and scared citizens in and outside BiH, urgently prosecute the convicted war criminal Dario Kordić," it added.

IGK also requests the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to officially contact the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and check the possibility of revoking the conditions for Dario Kordić's early release from prison, considering that the accused was sentenced to 25 years in prison but was released after 15 years.

"IGK has today informed political, academic, and other entities in Canada about the drastic denial of international justice and international law by the convicted war criminal Kordić. The Prime Minister of Canada and the relevant ministries in the Government of Canada have been asked to, as Canada is a member of the Peace Implementation Council Steering Board, request the competent authorities in BiH, as well as international institutions, to sanction convicted war criminals who use early release to re-inflict suffering on victims.

IGK once again informs the public that an aggressive attempt to revise judicial, scientific, and historical facts about the aggression and genocide in BiH is underway. Paid coalitions and groups have been formed whose task is to deny judicial, scientific, and historical facts about the aggression and genocide in key centers of world politics, glorify convicted war crimes, and work against organizations, communities, and institutes fighting for truth and justice.

IGK continues its daily activities against the united revisionists whose clear goal is to equate victims and perpetrators by revising judicial, historical, and scientific facts about the aggression and genocide in BiH and glorifying convicted war criminals," stated IGK.
