Zagreb residents will also stand with Palestinians tonight

(Patria) - A rally in support of the Palestinian people will be held in Zagreb this evening.

The gathering will be organized between 6 PM and 8 PM at the Square of Victims of Fascism, under the title "Solidarity Rally with Palestine".

"We have decided to organize again and call on people to stand up against this continuous 75-year occupation of this huge colonizing project, which mercilessly tramples everything in its path.

We condemn the apartheid, settler regime and demand freedom for all Palestinians. We demand de-occupation and de-colonization. An imminent cessation of this war.

We call for peace and the establishment of freedom in Palestinian territories," announced rally organizer Emina Bužinkić.

The police also announced that they will be recording this public gathering.

"In accordance with the Law on Police Affairs and Powers, and based on Article 79 of the cited Law, as part of security, the Zagreb police will audio-visually record the mentioned public gathering at the gathering site and along the route," stated the Zagreb police.
