Humanitarian exhibition at Zec studio runs until June 28

The humanitarian exhibition, which opened at the Zec studio in Sarajevo on June 10, has had satisfactory attendance so far, and several works have been sold, including graphics by Safet Zec and watercolors by Izet Alečković, said Admira Bradarić, owner of the "AB" gallery in Maglaj and an academic visual artist who also participated in this project, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP). A large number of postcards were also sold at 1 KM each.

The exhibition runs until June 28, and all proceeds will be donated to the Maglaj Children's Kindergarten, which is one of the institutions that suffered damage in last month's floods.

Bradarić pointed out that there are certain priorities for reconstruction in Maglaj, but her gallery has not yet received any support. As we previously reported, Safet Zec also exhibited at this gallery on the second anniversary of its opening in November 2011.

- As for the start of the gallery's operations, it certainly won't be for at least another month. What I managed to save is being restored - said Bradarić.

Otherwise, in this humanitarian action, their works were offered by Safet Zec, Amra Zulfikarpašić, Alija Hafizović-Haf, Ahmet Hundur, Amela Hadžimejlić, Drago Handanović, Dževdet Nikočević, Halil Tikveša, Irfan Hozo, Izet Alečković, Mehmed Zaimović, Mehmed Klepo, Mustafa Skopljak, Radoslav Tadić, Salim Obralić, Sanjin Lugić, and Sead Čerkez, writes Patria.
