Hubijar continues with mobbing: Blackmails workers to withdraw lawsuits

The problems for workers of ZOI'84 show no sign of ending despite the start of the winter season, writes the Patria news agency.

Namely, layoffs are already flying thick and fast, as the union of this company claims, with only the loyal, not the capable, remaining in the company. Alija Hodžić, president of the Union of Workers of the company ZOI'84, says that on December 23, a list of 35 workers whose notice period had begun was posted on the company bulletin board (?).

- Such mobbing is being carried out against workers that it is more than unbearable. It is shameful that, contrary to the law, the names of those who are no longer employees are being posted. The son of one of our long-time workers, who has been at ZOI'84 since the Olympics and who has died, also received a dismissal, while, for example, the daughter of finance chief Sabina Lojo, who came to ZOI less than a year ago, remains in the company. Pregnant women have also been fired. Here, the only thing that mattered was whether you were close to the SDA party – says Hodžić.

He further explains that the new director Midhat Hubijar, in agreement with his like-minded associates Sabina Lojo, Vesna Tošić, Elma Perteši, Sead Musić and others, has established a Commission for determining further steps regarding labor disputes, and that it is precisely through this commission that they will carry out mobbing and blackmail.

- It has been ordered that each worker be spoken to individually, and then they will begin to blackmail them into withdrawing their lawsuits. They will serve them the story that the company will shut down if the lawsuits continue or are not withdrawn. Workers must know that they are not to blame for the situation and must not succumb to pressure – added Hodžić.

Also, as we have been confirmed, Hubijar, known as the baby sitter of a Saudi prince's children, does not want any communication with the ZOI'84 Union.

- We have sent many letters, we have never received a single response. What they are doing is shameful, but we will not give up – added Hodžić.
