The Director of Feroelektro and its workers have once again warned about the non-enforcement of the final verdict of the Cantonal Court of Sarajevo, as well as the incorrect attitude of the Federation of BiH regarding the takeover and management of its own property, valued at millions, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
The President of the Feroelektro Trade Union and acting director, Senad Smajić, reminded that on December 15, 2014, the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo issued a verdict annulling the sales contract with "Stanić Invest", thereby returning the ownership of Feroelektro to the Government of FBiH, i.e., the Federation of BiH.
A year later, the Government of FBiH still does not possess Feroelektro's property, valued at hundreds of millions; instead, Stanić continues to manage the property and cause great damage to the company - said Smajić.
The agony of Feroelektro workers is not ending, and Goran Stanić is allowed to do whatever he wants, while the Government of FBiH reacts poorly to his illegal activities.
However, perhaps the biggest precedent in this whole story was set by the Croatian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, despite knowing very well that there was a court dispute, signed a contract and entered the Feroelektro building on Maršala Tita Street!?
Since they do not wish to discuss this matter at the Croatian Embassy, we contacted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH and asked for their position on the whole story. However, judging by the response, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can do little to prevent the violation of the law by the Croatian Embassy in BiH.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH was not involved in the conclusion of the lease agreement for the needs of the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Sarajevo, and cannot comment on the legality of the concluded agreement. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH has not received a request for intervention or a warning from any judicial or other representative of the authorities in BiH, as the ministry is not competent for issues of ownership and the validity of privatization contracts, nor has the ministry been informed in any way that a violation of the law has occurred in this case - stated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH.
