Early Saturday morning, the hostage crisis at a hotel in the city of Sevare in central Mali ended, reports the Patria News Agency.
Special forces and French soldiers freed four hostages held by Islamist guerrillas. However, they also found the bodies of 13 guests. These were Western tourists, but their nationality has not been disclosed.
Terrorists attacked the Byblos Hotel in Sevare on Friday. According to some information, South Africans, French, Ukrainians, and Russians were registered at the hotel.
