
(Patria) - A woman was killed this evening in Mostar, it has been confirmed to Vijesti.ba by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
Police officers are present at the scene.
Unofficially, a man shot at the woman near the bus station. The woman then fled, but the man caught up with her not far from the North Camp, in one of the buildings she ran into to hide, and killed her with gunshots.
The murder occurred around 6:00 PM. The identities of both the victim and the arrested perpetrator are not yet known.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs states that more details will be known tomorrow.
The perpetrator is Anis Kalajdžić, a football referee from the First League of FBiH, and the girl is from Kalesija. Further investigation will determine what led to this tragedy.
