US President Barack Obama arrived in Havana, the capital of Cuba, with his family, which is a historic event for these two countries, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
With this visit, the US President opens a new chapter in relations after the Cold War period. The Obama family was welcomed by the Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodriguez.
Obama will stay in Cuba for three days and is the first president to visit in 88 years. Obama will talk with Raul Castro on Monday.
The last US president to visit Cuba was Calvin Coolidge in 1928.
