Thousands of Iranians celebrated ceasefire with Israel in Tehran

(Patria) - Thousands of citizens gathered on Tuesday at Revolution Square in Tehran celebrating the ceasefire between Iran and Israel after 12 days of conflict. Waving Iranian flags, they chanted slogans against the US and Israel.

After the ceasefire with Israel, Iranian authorities and citizens have reason to celebrate, claiming they successfully repelled US and Israeli attempts to destroy their nuclear facilities and overthrow the Islamic Republic.

Although the US-Israeli attacks were fierce, Iran preserved the regime, retained uranium enrichment capabilities, and demonstrated resilience without the support of allies.

Authorities in Tehran claim that the Israeli air defense system, including the "Iron Dome," experienced a complete failure, while Iran took the opportunity to deplete Israeli reserves of interceptor missiles.

"We stood alone against the US and the West – and we won," they say from Tehran.
