(Patria) - Vehicles caught fire in the Misgav Am area in northern Israel after a rocket attack from Lebanon. A video released by Israeli media, whose authenticity was confirmed by Al Jazeera, shows Israeli firefighters extinguishing the fire.
Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, and Israel claims one person was killed.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have ordered the army to accelerate the demolition of Lebanese houses in "villages on the front line" to end threats to Israeli communities.
The army has been ordered to immediately destroy all bridges over Lebanon's Litani River.
