Hezbollah attacked Israel at four locations, Israelis responded with tank fire killing a journalist

(Patria) - The Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for attacks on four Israeli locations. A CNN team on the ground witnessed some of these attacks.

“In response to Israeli attacks this Friday afternoon near a series of southern Lebanese towns, the mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance attacked the following Israeli locations: the Al-Abad site, the Miskvam site, the Ramia site, and the Jal Al-Alam site, with direct and appropriate weapons, and all achieved precise hits,” the Hezbollah statement said.

IDF soldiers responded with tank fire towards Hezbollah infrastructure. In addition, IDF artillery fired towards the source of the shooting. IDF soldiers are deployed in the area.

Israel targeted Gaza, and after calls to move towards southern Gaza, many left their homes which were destroyed in the attacks.

Several sources on Twitter reported that Reuters journalist Issam Abdallah was killed in this conflict on the Israeli-Lebanese border. The journalist was killed, and six other people were wounded in Israeli shelling of southern Lebanon. A shell fell on a group of international journalists covering the border clashes, the Associated Press reported.
