Helez: Why didn't you arrest Dodik - Vulić said Dodik is God to her!

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A thematic session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on the judiciary is being held in the building of the Parliamentary Assembly.

In their discussions, representatives are stating all the objections they have to the work of the judiciary.

Zukan Helez, SDP BiH MP in the House of Representatives of the PA BiH, stated during the discussion on the state of the judiciary that Milan Tegeltija has very broad powers of the HJPC.

"You also have very great responsibility. And this parliament has 6.6 percent of shares, because it appoints one member of the HJPC, so we have the right to talk about it. Mr. Tegeltija, in my opinion, you have lost your moral credibility, first because of the recording, and now I ask you, Mrs. Tadić, as a mother, a wife, did you have the opportunity after the Potkivanje affair to order the arrest of Tegeltija. Why didn't you arrest Milorad Dodik when he attacked the state integrity of BiH. All those who led mass protests in Catalonia were arrested. If Dodik continues like this, he will lead to new conflicts, there are people who love this country, if you don't arrest him, you will have historical responsibility for it.

You said that the results in organized crime are excellent, and I think the results there are the worst. When it comes to corruption, the largest percentage of solutions is petty crime, wood theft. I ask you, what about the Pandora affair, Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović were involved in it, and the affair was worth one billion," said Helez.

He noted that investigations start from the Ministries of Internal Affairs and that people who are not professionals work there, but mostly people nearing retirement, and added that lawyers and graduate criminologists should work there.

"The first mistake is made there and everything goes in the wrong direction," said Helez.

Snježana Novaković Bursać (SNSD) reacted by saying that Helez spoke very rudely about the arrest of a member of the Presidency of BiH.

"Do not call for the arrest of a legitimate representative of a people. The entire story arose because of the derogation of the constitutional order," said Novaković-Bursać.

Helez told her that it was not his problem that she had to defend the party president.

MP Bursać pronounced the surname as "elez" when addressing Helez, to which MP Helez reacted by saying that she is not "ursać" but Bursać, so he asks her to pronounce his surname correctly.

Nenad Stevandić (United Srpska) said that Helez is invoking North Korea, and that as a politician, he has no right to call for the arrest of another politician.

Sanja Vulić (SNSD) said that Dodik is not Tito to her, but God. Denis Zvizdić also reacted to her statement, saying that such a statement was blasphemy for him, "that a man is God, it hurt both religious and human feelings."
