HDZ AGAINST PUNISHING VIOLATION OF SOVEREIGNTY The BiH Prosecutor's Office is not bothered by hostile actions towards BiH, but by who recorded the conversation!

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, together with partner institutions and agencies, is verifying allegations related to the secret and unauthorized recording of a conversation between Dragan Čović and Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Péter Szijjártó.

In less than 12 hours from the publication of the recording, the BiH Prosecutor's Office reacted, and this showed us two things. The first is that the BiH Prosecutor's Office can work extremely fast when it wants to, and the second is that they are an institution that supports hostile actions towards BiH. If this were not the case and if this were not true, Milorad Dodik would have long ago answered for his secessionist ideas, violation of the constitutional order, and Čović would have been questioned for his narrative that is hostile towards BiH!

Also, serious diplomacy would have already sent a protest note to Hungary, because Szijjártó's statement that 'both are based on Christian values' and that 'it is clear that we feel and share sympathy for Croats' represents serious interference in the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

“So I can promise you, Mr. President, that we will be with you until the end and you will have our support. I also told my colleague, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, to say what is useful for you and what we should do about it,” added Péter Szijjártó.

And if Čović were a serious statesman who loved BiH, he would have reacted by warning the Hungarian diplomat that the issue of BiH's sovereignty cannot be dealt with outside of BiH, but he did not. Instead, in a very hostile manner towards the state of BiH, he thanked Szijjártó and said that he would be free to inform Croatian officials Andrej (Plenković) and Gordan (Grlić-Radman) that they had spoken.

However, the BiH Prosecutor's Office is not bothered by the violation of sovereignty, but by the way BiH was humiliated through the recording! Sovereignty is defined in the preamble of the BiH Constitution, and after the recording was published, it is completely clear why the proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, proposed by DF, which provides for the punishment of violations of Bosnia and Herzegovina's sovereignty, failed.

What is almost certain is that the BiH Prosecutor's Office would not have reacted even if the law punishing the violation of sovereignty as a criminal offense had passed, because they are incapable of prosecuting even the attack on the constitutional order that has been ongoing for years under the direction of Milorad Dodik and the authorities from the RS.

Therefore, for the sake of appearance, it is easier for them to launch an investigation to see who is unauthorizedly recording and releasing recordings of politicians. In this way, their mentors who support them, primarily the American Embassy, are wasting energy on things that do not fundamentally change much.

Because by the time an investigation is conducted into who made the recording, and by the time the FBiH Government is established, it is questionable what will remain of the state of BiH, because due to the state's incorrect strategic actions, there is less and less of it.
