The hunt and persecution of BiH patriots will never cease. Official Belgrade, which has donned sheep's clothing to approach the European Union, continues its dirty policy of persecuting all those who defended this country.

Unfortunately, Bosniak politics, or rather its leaders, lack the leadership and statesmanship qualities that their counterparts in neighboring Croatia possess, and they continuously fall for the sweet talk of Vučić, Nikolić, Dačić...

Croatia has stood up to protect its citizens. Sparks flew on the Belgrade-Zagreb line, but they succeeded in the European Parliament in securing a call for Serbia to reconsider the Law on the Organization and Competencies of State Bodies in War Crimes Proceedings.

More than a decade ago, this law was adopted to confront the past. Today, it is controversial because it allows Serbia to be both prosecutor, police, and judge simultaneously.

Serbia is trying to create a "mini-Hague" where it would dispense justice according to its own discretion.

The state of Croatia fights for its citizens. The state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or rather Bosniak politicians, are wisely silent.

Perhaps they think that the persecution of patriots ended with the arrest and release of Ejup Ganić and Jovan Divjak, and that Belgrade will abandon its arrest warrants for Bosniaks.

Will Naser Orić awaken the Bosniak political leaders here, to finally open their eyes and realize that the list of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska alone contains the names of more than 5,000 members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina who can be arrested as soon as they cross the inter-entity border!?

Will Bosniak politicians learn from this case that they should not react only when something happens, but have a plan and strategy to prevent the humiliation that Orić experienced?

Does the "first among Bosniaks," Bakir Izetbegović, even know how many more red arrest warrants there are for members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina? Does he know about the 5,000 criminal charges filed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS?

Orić believed in law and justice, believed that the state of BiH had protected him. The policy of official Belgrade, obviously planned as before, and which is succeeding because Sarajevo is in a winter slumber, has played with him right before the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide.

The arrest of Orić is not just the mere arrest of one man, the commander of Srebrenica. It is more than that. It is a slap in the face to all defenders of BiH, to all victims of Srebrenica. It is a clear message from Belgrade to Bosniak politicians. If they understand it at all.
