(Patria) - Police officers of the Centar Sarajevo Police Administration arrested two individuals on suspicion of committing criminal offenses related to unauthorized possession of weapons and abuse of narcotic drugs.
On August 2, 2025, at 05:35, A.J. (born 1994) from Sarajevo was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Possession of Weapons or Explosives" under Article 371 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed of the incident, and the suspect was handed over to the Prosecutor's Office after criminal processing.
On the same day, at 23:20, police officers of the Centar Police Administration also arrested S.A. (born 1980) from Sarajevo on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Possession and Facilitation of Drug Use" under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this case as well, the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office was informed.
The police continue to work on documenting these cases.
