Arrests in Neum and Bosanski Šamac based on warrants

Police officers of the Neum Border Police Unit, during border control of Croatian citizen D.A. (1979) in the border area of the municipality of Neum, determined that he is wanted by Interpol Zagreb for the criminal offense of unauthorized possession, production and trafficking of illicit drugs and substances prohibited in sports – commission of a criminal offense as a member of an association, reports the Patria News Agency.

D.A. was arrested at 10:10 AM and will be handed over to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further proceedings.  

Members of the Orašje Border Police Unit arrested a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, S.L. (1978), at the Bosanski Šamac International Border Crossing, upon entering Bosnia and Herzegovina, because it was determined that he is wanted by the Municipal Court in Travnik for the criminal offense of robbery. S.L. was handed over to officials of the Odžak Court Police for further proceedings, it was announced from the BiH Border Police.
