Jovica Mirosavljević, known as Chetniks, former commander of the Special Support Unit of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), is already in the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Mission in Ukraine, in Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, the Patria News Agency has learned.
Mirosavljević went to this mission via Austria, specifically from Vienna, where Sanjin Halimović (SDA), Ambassador to the OSCE and UN missions and other international organizations, signed his documents.
Embittered former "subordinates" of Chetniks who felt his wrath simply because they were not Serbs and did not agree to the behind-the-scenes games of him and Goran Zubac, the former convicted director of SIPA, are outraged by the fact that Mirosavljević passed security checks, given that he had pending reports against him.
- Let the OSCE explain how it is possible that a person who has violated human rights since his training at Vrace until his escape from service is working in an organization for the protection of human rights - our source asks.
Furthermore, it is known that Mirosavljević was subjected to media criticism due to glorifying Chetnik ideology and scandalous photographs, but he was never adequately sanctioned in SIPA, because Zubac, convicted for all scandals, rewarded him with the position of commander of the SIPA Special Unit, from which Bosniaks and Croats were later expelled, as evidenced by court proceedings, with the first verdicts for discrimination expected soon.
Also, the BiH Prosecutor's Office has a report on the commission of criminal offenses by Mirosavljević and some other individuals from SIPA, in a manner that damaged the budget of this institution.
- It is known that Mirosavljević is suspected and it has been publicly reported that at the beginning of the war he detained his colleagues, and later promoted and supported the Chetnik Ravna Gora movement, so he discriminated against colleagues on a national basis - our source added.
We remind you that Mirosavljević submitted a request to terminate his employment contract with SIPA on the same day that the new director Perica Stanić was appointed, who announced a "purge" in SIPA and the initiation of investigations into all abuses that occurred during Zubac's tenure, who was supported in everything by his deputy Đuro Knežević.
Incidentally, Mirosavljević, pressured by disciplinary and criminal charges, saw going to the OSCE mission in Ukraine as one option to avoid responsibility. However, how much will the OSCE risk damaging the reputation of this important institution with one employee like Mirosavljević.
However, what is even more detrimental to the OSCE's credibility, when we talk about the character and actions of Mirosavljević, are serious indications that he was an accomplice in a murder in 1992, which occurred on the premises of the Police School at Vrace.
Samir Mišić, a boy, was killed in 1992 at the Police Academy in Vrace. His mother Safa said she didn't even see the body because she couldn't get to it. She wasn't even at the funeral. Samir was a cadet at the Police Academy.
And the last question that Halimović will have to answer is on what basis he signed off on Mirosavljević's departure to Ukraine and on whose orders.
