(Patria) - Hajrulah Mučišta was sentenced to five years in prison by a non-final verdict for the criminal offense of human trafficking in connection with the criminal offense of forced begging.
The Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton announced this, stating that given the severity of the sentence, they would file an appeal upon receipt of the written judgment.
Mučišta was arrested in April 2022 for exploiting his minor grandchildren for begging.
