Hadžihafizbegović sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for four years

Well-known Bosnian actor Emir Hadžihafizbegović pleaded guilty today before the Municipal Criminal Court in Sisak. In a traffic accident that occurred on October 12, 2014, on the A3 motorway near Bročice, Ankica Kuduz died, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

The actor had exceeded the permitted speed, meaning the speed was not adjusted to the road conditions. Hadžihafizbegović admitted everything today, and the court sentenced him to one year in prison, suspended for four years.

Let us remind you, the actor did not adjust his driving speed despite numerous warnings kilometers before the fatal spot. The driver of the car who was changing a tire in the overtaking lane was also fined. Another driver of a passenger vehicle who damaged traffic signals and fled also received a report.
