Grlić Radman meets with Schmidt: Croatia is a partner to BiH in overcoming the past!?

(Patria) - Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman used his stay in Sarajevo and participation in the 8th Forum of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic-Ionian Region to also visit the High Representative in BiH Christian Schmidt. 

The OHR stated on their Twitter profile that Schmidt and Grlić-Radman had an in-depth meeting. 

"Croatia is one of BiH's most important partners when it comes to overcoming the past, achieving reconciliation, and moving towards a prosperous EU future. Therefore, it is most important for this region to continue working together and overcoming all challenges for the peaceful future of new generations. High Representative Schmidt thanked Croatia for their support to BiH in the recent UN Security Council debate and BiH's efforts to achieve candidate status," the OHR stated. 

Grlić Radman also met with US Ambassador Michael Murphy, with whom he discussed stability and security in the Western Balkans.
