Border Crossings: Three Arrested on Warrants

Members of the BiH Border Police arrested three individuals on October 15 and 16 while crossing the state border at border crossings, who were wanted on warrants.

At the Izačić International Border Crossing, upon entering BiH, a BiH citizen N.V. (1963) was arrested because the Municipal Court of Bihać was searching for him due to the criminal offense of assaulting an official in the performance of security duties. He was handed over to officials of the Court Police of Bihać.

Police officers of the Border Police Unit of Bijeljina, upon entering BiH at the Rača International Border Crossing, arrested a BiH citizen B.S. (1962) because the Basic Court of Prijedor was searching for him due to the criminal offense of violating the inviolability of a dwelling. He was handed over to officials of the Court Police of Bijeljina.

At the Maljevac - Velika Kladuša International Border Crossing, upon entering, police officers of the Velika Kladuša Border Police Unit arrested a BiH citizen J.M. (1978) because the Municipal Court of Cazin was searching for him due to a serious criminal offense against public traffic safety. J.M. was handed over to officials of the Court Police of Cazin, it was announced by the BiH Border Police.
