An iftar for employees of the BiH Border Police will be held tonight at a reputable restaurant in Semizovc near Sarajevo. The host will be the Deputy Director Zoran Galić, Zijad Srabović, writes Patria.
Guests will reportedly have to pay for the iftar menu. Higher officials with 50 KM, and lower ones with 30 KM. In the most elite Sarajevo restaurants, iftar per person ranges from 20 to 30 KM. Many will say that the religious aspect is pure, while any other background is suspicious and excessive.
Perhaps the price of the iftar was increased by a sudden additional "service". In a reputable restaurant in Semizovc, guests will be entertained by a currently anonymous entertainment artist. The singer even visited the BiH Border Police building a few days ago for fee negotiations.
Has the Deputy Director of the Border Police, Zijad Srabović, crossed some normal boundaries in both spiritual and material matters? It is not exactly natural to turn a religious act, which in essence must be dignified and modest, into a feast.
