
(Patria) - In continuation of the relevant activities in the area of Donji Svilaj, police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina identified four suspects from the migrant population who were deprived of liberty due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Trafficking of Weapons and Military Equipment and Dual-Use Products" from Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and during this, through undertaken official actions, found and temporarily confiscated: two pistols: "Beretta" model "70" of unknown serial number with an accompanying magazine and 6 rounds of 7.65 mm caliber ammunition and "Beretta" of unknown model, unknown serial number with one accompanying magazine and 10 rounds of 380 Auto caliber ammunition, one automatic rifle M70 with two accompanying magazines and 57 rounds of 7.62 mm caliber ammunition, as well as mobile phones with accompanying SIM cards and other items important for criminal proceedings.
The suspects will be handed over within the legal deadline to the further jurisdiction of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The relevant activities were undertaken with the assistance of officers of the Federal Civil Protection Administration.
