Border police arrest citizens of Croatia and BiH for domestic violence and theft

Members of the Bosanska Gradiška Border Police Unit arrested a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, M.M. (born 1965), after border checks established that he was wanted by the Municipal Court in Livno for criminal acts of domestic violence, illegal possession of weapons or explosive substances, and assault on an official in the performance of security duties, reports the Patria news agency.  

The person was checked upon entry into BiH at the Bosanska Gradiška International Border Crossing. M.M. was handed over to officers of the Odžak Judicial Police for further proceedings.

At the Zvornik Border Crossing for cross-border traffic, upon exiting BiH, members of the Zvornik Border Police Unit arrested a citizen of BiH, B.M. (born 1988), because border checks established that he was wanted by the Basic Court in Bijeljina for the criminal act of theft. The person was handed over to officers of the Bijeljina Judicial Police, the Border Police of BiH announced.
