Citizens of Žepče protested against financing Herceg-Bosne Television from the Municipality budget

(Patria) - A group of residents of Žepče gathered today in front of the Cultural Center in that municipality, from where they sent a message with a peaceful walk that they do not want to finance Herceg-Bosne Television from the budget of this municipality, which will be discussed at the next session of the Žepče Municipal Council.

Citizens carried banners saying "You will NOT!!! Finance the private TV 'Herceg-Bosne' with citizens' money".

Šemsudin Mehmedović from SDA called on the municipal organization of that party and SDA councilors in Žepče not to participate in the work of the Municipal Council when this decision comes on the agenda.

SDP councilor Elvis Botić wrote on his Facebook profile that SDA in Žepče will have the opportunity to show "whether they are really against this decision or not".

"It has been agreed - the goal is for SDA to be outvoted, because only then will five people from this option remain in their seats, and HDZ will get what it intended," claims Botić.
