Gračanica: Man Found Dead in Family Home

(Patria) - The body of a man born in 1959 was found today around 2:20 PM in a family home in the wider area of Gračanica, confirmed by the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton.

"On Sunday, September 21, around 2:20 PM, the Gračanica Police Station received a report that a man was injured in a family home in the wider area of the city.

Police officers and a team from the Emergency Medical Service of the Gračanica Health Center were immediately dispatched to the scene, where the attending physician pronounced the death of the man born in 1959 from Gračanica," the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton stated.

Investigators from the Criminal Police Department of the Gračanica Police Station and a forensic team from the Criminal Police Sector of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton were also dispatched to the scene, and the investigation was led by the duty prosecutor of the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office.

"By order of the duty prosecutor, a female person (born 1962) from Gračanica, who is being linked to the incident, has been detained pending a decision by the acting prosecutor.

An investigation is underway to establish the factual situation in order to clarify and classify the event," added the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton.
