(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo sentenced Goran Ravlić and his mother Leđiba Ravlić to 45 years in prison each for the brutal murder of Goran's wife, Nermina Krajina.
According to the indictment, from May to June 2024, they psychologically and physically abused Nermina in their apartment in Pofalići, prevented her from communicating with the outside world, starved her, and inflicted more than 100 injuries, which led to her death.
They hid the body in the apartment for days, and then, with the help of Latif Jašarević, attempted to remove traces of the crime by purchasing an axe, saw, knives, a meat grinder, and other means to conceal the body.
