In accordance with the agreement, a prison sentence of 1 year has been proposed for the accused. An additional suspended sentence has also been proposed for the accused for unauthorized production or trafficking of weapons or explosive materials, for which a suspended sentence of one year in prison has been proposed, which will not be executed if the accused does not commit a new criminal offense within 3 years.

With the plea agreement, the accused has undertaken to testify in this and other cases, when summoned by the prosecution or the court. By admitting guilt, the accused has waived the right to a trial as well as the right to appeal the verdict that the BiH Court will pronounce in this case.
