Actor Nermin Tulić: I know what I wish Karadžić!

(Patria) - The Hague Tribunal today sentenced Radovan Karadžić, the first president of Republika Srpska (RS), for genocide and other crimes committed during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

By the first-instance verdict from 2016, Karadžić was sentenced to 40 years in prison, while that verdict was today commuted to life imprisonment.

Actor Nermin Tulić, before the verdict was announced, wrote on Twitter that he expected nothing from the verdict, but that he knew what he wished for Karadžić. 

“Criminal Karadžić shelled me at home, criminal Karadžić shelled me at work, criminal Karadžić shelled me on the street, criminal Karadžić hit me with a shell in front of my house, and then criminal Karadžić continued to shell me in the hospital. I don't expect anything. I know what I wish him,” Tulić wrote.

Tulić was wounded at the beginning of the siege of Sarajevo by a shell explosion, which resulted in the loss of both his legs.
