Glamoč: Missing 62-year-old found dead

(Patria) - The lifeless body of a 62-year-old man from the municipality of Glamoč, for whom a search was previously initiated, was found today, confirmed the Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) of Canton 10.

The search for the missing man was initiated last night at 11:30 PM at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton 10, in the area of Mlinište near Glamoč. In addition to GSS members, acquaintances of the missing person also joined the operation.

"Given the extremely forested and mountainous terrain, a drone with a thermal camera was also included in the search. Despite adverse weather conditions and fog, the search lasted until the early morning hours without finding the missing person," stated the GSS.

The search continued early this morning, and the lifeless body of the missing person was found in the morning hours in the Mlinište area.
