(Patria) - Police officers of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) today, under the supervision of the KS Prosecutor's Office, carrying out measures and actions within their jurisdiction, searched a person with initials A.K. (1983) from Sarajevo, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of FBiH.
During the search, approximately one kilogram of a white powdery substance resembling the narcotic drug amphetamine - speed, and mobile phones that could be related to the commission of the criminal offense were found.
The suspect was arrested and underwent criminal processing at the FUP premises in Sarajevo.
The suspect will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office within the legal deadline, along with a report on the committed criminal offense.
