FUP arrested two men, heroin found

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Federal Police Administration officers, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, today arrested two individuals from Sarajevo with initials A.K. (1986) and A.T. (1972) in the area of Novi Grad municipality, Sarajevo, in connection with the criminal offenses of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" under Article 238, Paragraph 1, and "Possession and Facilitation of Narcotic Drug Use" under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As part of these activities, and acting on an Order from the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, a search of an apartment at one location in the Novi Grad municipality was carried out, as well as personal searches of the suspects, during which a certain amount of unknown substance resembling the narcotic drug "Heroin" was found and seized, along with other items that will be used as evidence in the criminal proceedings.

The arrested individuals will undergo criminal processing at the official premises of the Federal Police Administration, and a Report on the committed criminal offense will be submitted to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton against them.
