(Patria) - Police officers of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) yesterday and today in the Sarajevo Canton area carried out two separate operational actions code-named YIN and TRAG 3.
The actions were carried out in cooperation with the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) of BiH and BH Pošta, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and by order of the Court of BiH.
A search (of shipments, persons, an apartment and auxiliary facilities) was conducted due to reasonable suspicion of the criminal offense of "Unauthorized trafficking in narcotic drugs" under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
On that occasion, two persons with initials N.D. (1966) and S.G. (1986) were arrested.
During the execution of the said order, a certain amount of substance resembling the narcotic drug hashish and 1,150 grams of BMK, a precursor for the production of amphetamine and methamphetamine, were found.
The suspects were arrested and subjected to criminal investigation, and reports on the committed criminal offense will be filed against them.
